I apologize for being so late with the newsletter for May and June. The second half of the year has started out busy, which is great.
The Lord has blessed us the last two months. We have conducted five seminars; two in conjunction with One Day with God Camp. Preached for the Saturday evening service at Tyger River Correctional and had the opportunity to show the film “Heart of Texas” a powerful film on Forgiveness. We were able to witness forty-five individuals receive Christ as Savior and several rededications.
Our web master has the new website posted with a Blog and Facebook page. We may have some fine tuning to do. I would like for you to check it out and send me your comments. You join the newly formed prayer group through the web site. This is a great way for you to know how to pray for the ministry and to post your prayer needs and comments.
Please continue to pray as the opportunities with local ministries seem to be coming together to reach more families. I also need your prayers for a ministry need we have in reference to a program we teach at Tyger River Correctional. We have eighteen men in the Holistic Hardware course we teach. This is a course for men of whom 85% will be released back into the upstate. The cost for this program is $100.00 per man for a ten week course. Please pray that God will provide this support as the course starts July 11th. We had to purchase the material for the course this week.
Board Members, Thanks for your faithful support and service.
ON A PERSONAL NOTE
Ouida and I have been able to spend some quality time with our children over the last couple of months.
In His Service, Jim Williams
No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which raises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is from Me, says the LORD.
